Diego enjoys growing unique produce that he can make into meals his family will enjoy. Potatoes, radish, beetroot, lettuce, Artichokes, a ripper wild fennel, herbs, citrus and stone fruit trees, there is always something ready to harvest and intertwine into recipes. Diego is enjoying watching his garden slowly take over the entire backyard.
Amber loves cooking Mediteranean homestyle meals, so she grows plants that can be included. Mainly herbs all year, in Summer, tomatoes, chilli, capsicum and various beans.. Amber has a smaller veggie garden, that she tends to overcrowd and to have an abundance ready to harvest throughout the seasons.
